EcoCdry – Highly efficient vacuum dryer for the special drying of scooping components
The highly efficient vacuum dryer EcoCdry was developed to use the cycle time of flexible cleaning systems at a maximum for the cleaning process. EcoCdry allows the drying of workpieces with very high residual moisture reliably and much faster. For this purpose, the vacuum dryer is extended with a storage tank which is evacuated in the non-productive times. With a workpiece specific suction mold, residual liquids can then abruptly be drawn down from the component. It then only needs the remaining vacuum to be generated, in order to obtain completely dry workpieces.
